Return & Refund Policy — Gadget and Gadgets
At Gadget and Gadgets, we are fully committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you face any issue after receiving your product, you can enjoy our Return & Replacement Facility under the following terms and conditions.
Return Conditions
- You must apply for a return within 3 days after delivery.
- Only original, unused, and undamaged products are eligible for return.
- The product must include all boxes, tags, accessories, and receipts in their complete condition.
- Used, broken, or scratched products will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Customized or pre-order products.
- Discounted / sale items (only replacement may apply).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support Team for a return request.
- Our team will verify your issue and approve the return if eligible.
- Once approved, you can send the product via courier to the designated address.
- After inspection, your replacement or refund process will begin.
Refund Policy
- The refund process usually takes 7–10 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via mobile banking or bank transfer.
- Refunds apply only if the product is unavailable, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Once the returned product is verified, the refund process starts within 72 hours.
Delivery & Return Charges
- A ৳200 return charge applies for all returns.
- Delivery or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Gadget and Gadgets সবসময় আমাদের গ্রাহকদের সর্বোচ্চ সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। পণ্য কেনার পর যদি কোনো কারণে সমস্যা হয়, নিচের শর্তসাপেক্ষে আপনি রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সুবিধা উপভোগ করতে পারবেন।
রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী
- ডেলিভারির পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
- শুধুমাত্র অরিজিনাল, আনইউজড এবং আনড্যামেজড পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য।
- পণ্যের সাথে থাকা বক্স, ট্যাগ, এক্সেসরিজ ও রিসিট সম্পূর্ণ অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে।
- ব্যবহৃত, ভাঙা বা স্ক্র্যাচ পড়া পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
যে অবস্থায় রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না
- কাস্টমাইজড বা প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্য।
- ডিসকাউন্টেড / সেল আইটেম (শুধু রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে)।
- ভুলভাবে ব্যবহার করার কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য।
রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
- রিটার্নের জন্য আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
- আমাদের টিম যাচাই করার পর রিটার্ন অনুমোদন করা হবে।
- অনুমোদনের পর আপনি পণ্যটি নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে পারবেন।
- যাচাই সম্পন্ন হলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
- রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবস সময় নিতে পারে।
- ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এর মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।
- শুধুমাত্র পণ্য অনুপলব্ধ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য প্রেরণ হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য।
- রিটার্ন যাচাই সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও রিটার্ন খরচ
- প্রতিটি রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে একটি ৳২০০ রিটার্ন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ বা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ফি রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
